SPORTS STAFF

The Rams fell to the Wildcats by 16 points, 53-37, in a Patroon Conference basketball tussle. Nate Mannion paced the Wildcats with 22 points.

The Wildcats were strong out of the gate and sprinted out to a significant first quarter lead 15-8.
Maple Hill jumped out to a comfortable margin at the break 27-15. The Wildcats played as a complete unit in the second frame turning a 7-point first quarter lead into a 12-point halftime bulge.

Maple Hill used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Rensselaer by 7 points.

The Wildcats were in front at every period ending horn by margins of 7, 12, 19, & 16.

Nate Mannion led the Wildcats with 22 points. Rian Jewett collected 12 points. Evan Kulpa totaled 9 points. Blake Decker sank 7 points.
The Wildcats shot with exceptional form at the free throw line as they made 66.7%, 16 of 24.

Fred Wagner paced Rensselaer with 11 points. Salah Harris registered 8 points. Amaziah Wright poured in 6 points. Josh Touzin had 5 points.
