Averill Park beat Albany 70-51 in an intense Suburban Council basketball match up. Price, Zach paced the victors with 25 points. Averill Park relied on their solid second half play as they led at the end of the the first twenty-four minutes of action and at the closing tick of the clock.

Averill Park ended the game with authority as they outscored the Falcons by 14-points in crunch time.

The Falcons used an impressive first eight minutes and sprinted out to a significant first quarter lead 22-16. Yet, Averill Park rallied in the second quarter and outscored Albany by 16 points.
The Warriors played well in the second quarter turning a 6-point first quarter deficit into a 10-point halftime edge. 

The Falcons used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Averill Park by 5 points.

Price, Zach led the Warriors with 25 points. Hacker, Thomas collected 14 points. Pascucci, Avery totaled 8 points.
Averill Park used expert marksmanship to make 7 hoops from long range.
Price, Zach made 3 three-pointers.
The Warriors shot with exceptional form at the free throw line as they made 75%, 15 of 20. 

Monroe paced the Falcons with 21 points. Mercharles racked up 10 points. Alamo-Benitez added 7 points.
The Falcons connected on 4 hoops from deep.
Monroe nailed 4 three-pointers.
