Despite an all-star performance by Carson Carrow of Voorheesville, the Blackbirds suffered a setback versus Hoosic Valley 64-52. Carrow scored a game high 30 points. Isaiah Eckler led the Indians with 24 points.
The Indians used an impressive first eight minutes and darted in front to gain an ample first quarter lead 19-12. Isaiah Eckler was on fire in the frame scoring 14 of the 19 points.

Voorheesville made a run in the fourth quarter and had a chance to cut their deficit to four points early in the fourth quarter but the Blackbirds wouldn't get any closer than six points.
Hoosic Valley managed to be ahead at all frame closures by margins of 7, 9, 8, & 12.
