Green Tech won convincingly versus Bishop Gibbons 80-56 in a Capital Region basketball match up. Kemore Johnson led the Eagles with 20 points.
Green Tech seemed dialed in right from the jump and sprinted out to a significant first quarter lead 19-11. The Eagles used a 15-0 run in the 2nd quarter, right before the half, to break open a 3 point ball game
and opened up a sizable halftime advantage of 43-25. Green Tech played well in the second quarter turning a 8-point first quarter lead into a 18-point halftime edge.
Green Tech used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Bishop Gibbons by 7 points.
The Eagles were in front at every period ending horn by margins of 8, 18, 25, & 24.
