Ichabod Crane steam rolled past Holy Names 70-41 in (518) hoop action. Carolina Williams and Ashley Ames combined to score 43 points for the Riders. The Riders built upon their steady second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the culminating horn.
Holy Names held a modest 1-point edge at the commencement of quarter two. Holy Names were outscored 29-15 at the half.
The Riders played team basketball in the second stanza turning a 1-point first quarter deficit into a 14-point halftime edge. However, Ichabod Crane struck while the iron was hot enjoyed a recalibration after intermission and led 51-28 headed to the fourth quarter.
