Albany Academy edged Ichabod Crane 61-52 in a top notch Capital Region basketball match up. Bella Vincent was a walking bucket for the Bears leading the way with 19 points. Albany Academy relied on their solid second half play as they led at the end of the third period and at the culminating stoppage.
Albany Academy used a monster second half as they fired on all cylinders.
Sparked by a great team effort in the second half Albany Academy outscored Ichabod Crane 39-22 in the final two frames. That was as they flipped the script of the first half when Ichabod Crane built a 30-22 lead at the midway point.
