Hoosic Valley cruised past Saratoga Catholic 81-52 in Wasaren League hoop action. Chris Jones was a serious problem on the offensive end for the victors leading the way with 23 points.
The Indians were dominant in the second half as they were laser focused in victory.
Both teams scratched and clawed to score the ball in the opening quarter as they combined for only 20 points. But, The Indians used an impressive first eight minutes and started the game in style racing to a generous first quarter lead 14-6. They relied on their stout defense and were in command during the frame.
