Broadalbin-Perth beat Hoosick Falls 69-30 on the hardwood of Section 2 basketball. Molly Russom played expectionally well on the attacking side of the floor for the Patriots leading the way with 23 points.
The Patriots were strong out of the gate and took hold of the ball game on their way to a nice first quarter lead 17-5. They hampered their opponent with a superb defensive effort and grabbed control of the frame.

Hoosick Falls trailed 36-9 at the half. The Patriots produced as a complete unit in the second quarter turning a 12-point first quarter lead into a 27-point halftime bulge.
Broadalbin-Perth were in command at all frame closures by separations of 12, 27, 25, & 39.
The Patriots had a quartet of players in double figure scoring. Molly Russom led Broadalbin-Perth with 23 points. Mianna Barboza collected 13 points. Shea Holloway had 12 points. Mairead Marsden notched 10 points.
