Mayfield won a nail-biter versus Whitehall 46-39. Cloey Dopp showed the way for the Panthers leading the way with 19 points including a game sealing three pointer with less than a minute left in the game.
The offenses really got it rolling in the opening quarter as they combined for a net scorching 32 points. But, The Panthers bolted from opening whistle and darted in front to gain a hefty first quarter lead 19-13.
Whitehall put together a comeback attempt in the second half but could get no closer than two points.
