The Wildcats gave way to Colonie 61-47. Jayla Tyler showed the way for the Garnet Raiders with 31 points.
Colonie had great energy right from the tip off and played excellent team basketball on their way to a hefty first quarter lead 17-7. They restricted their opponent with a spectacular defensive effort and played with great enthusiasm throughout the frame.
Colonie used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Warwick Valley by 5 points.
The Garnet Raiders asserted their dominance and led at all quarter buzzers by plus 10, 9, 14, & 14.
Colonie had three shooting stars in double figure scoring. Jayla Tyler showed the way for the Garnet Raiders with 31 points. Bella Franchi netted 14 points. Gabby Martin bagged 10 points.
Colonie used expert marksmanship to make 4 baskets from long distance.
