Colonie squeaked by Burnt Hills 56-46 in a Suburban Council clash. Jayla Tyler and Bella Franchi combined to score 41 points for the victors.
Colonie bolted from opening whistle and took hold of the ball game on their way to a generous first quarter lead 16-9.
Offense out shined the defense in the third quarter as the teams combined for a plethora of shot making skills 35 points.
Colonie managed to be ahead at every frame closures by margins of 7, 9, 6, & 10.
Jayla Tyler paced Colonie with 21 points. Bella Franchi added 20 points.
The Garnet Raiders drilled 6 baskets from long distance.
