Albany snatched the win over Guilderland 63-44 in a high energy Capital Region basketball affair. Malachi Perry and Deavion Springsteen combined to score 43 points for the victors.

The Falcons performed well in the second frame turning a 2-point first quarter lead into a 6-point halftime control.
Albany used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Guilderland by 16 points.
The Falcons asserted their dominance and led at all period ending horn by advantages of 2, 6, 22, & 19.
Malachi Perry led Albany with 22 points. Deavion Springsteen collected 21 points. Nigere Stratton totaled 7 points.
The Falcons shot outstanding from the free throw line as they were efficient at 88.2%, 15 of 17.
