The Spartans finished the game with authority as they surpassed the Black Horses by 12-points at the cruicial moment of the contest.

Queensbury had great energy right from the tip off and sprinted out to a nice first quarter lead 14-7. They used a lock down mentality protecting their basket and played with great enthusiasm throughout the frame.

Schuylerville lagged behind 25-12 at the half.

Offense out shined the defense in the third quarter as the teams combined for a net scorching 29 points.The Black Horses capitalized on gritty play in the third quarter and outscored Queensbury by 9 points.

The Spartans asserted their dominance and led at each frame closures by splits of (+) 7, 13, 4, & 16.
The Black Horses put together a comeback attempt in the second half but it was too little too late.

Shea Canavan was a catalyst for the Spartans with 20 points. Dyllan Ray splashed in 10 points. Caleigh Johnson added 8 points. Kayla Zehr totaled 7 points.

Macey Koval led the Black Horses with 16 points. Lauren King chipped in 8 points.
