Troy lost against the Warriors 67-33, in (518) hoop action.

The Warriors bolted from opening whistle and took hold of the ball game on their way to a decent first quarter lead 23-3. They impeded their opponent with a wonderful defensive effort and grabbed control of the frame.

Averill Park opened up a sizable halftime advantage of 37-7.

The Warriors played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Troy by 10 points.

Troy dug in and fought back in the final quarter but the seconds ticked away hurting any chance of a comeback.

The Warriors asserted their dominance and led at each period closing whistle by advantages of 20, 30, 40, & 34.

The Warriors placed three players in double figure scoring. Kayleigh Ahern helped the cause for the Warriors with 13 points. Lillian Wohlleber registered 12 points. Taylor Holohan collected 10 points.
Averill Park drilled 4 hoops from behind the arc.

Ava Mamone led Troy with 17 points. Kate Gilooly collected 8 points. Sanaiya Adams bagged 4 points.
