Hoosic Valley slipped past Stillwater 68-64 in an uber competitive Wasaren League game. The players and coaches lived up to their pregame hype. Isaiah Eckler put the defense on notice for the victors and made his impact felt on the game with 24 points.

The Indians relied on their unwavering second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the culminating buzzer.
The Indians held a slim 2-point margin going into the final frame. This test of two ultra competitive teams was a war on the floor through the third quarter.
The Warriors used an impressive first eight minutes and took hold of the ball game on their way to a decent first quarter lead 20-11. Yet, The Indians perked up in the second quarter and outscored Stillwater by 6 points.
The contest was a toss up as the teams went to the first half stoppage with Stillwater ahead by a small margin.
The Indians utilized excellent teamwork out of intermission,after their shortfall in the first half, and grabbed an advantage of 51-49 approaching the end of the final quarter.
