Cambridge seized a down to the wire victory over Schenectady 46-45 in a non-league clash. Schuylar Nolan was a spark for the Indians leading the way with 22 points. Cambridge success was built on their steady second half play as they led at the end of the first twenty-four minutes of action and at the concluding tick of the clock.
Cambridge held a slight 1-point advantage heading into the fourth period.
Schenectady held a modest 2-point edge going into the second frame.
The outcome was still in limbo as the teams went to the first half locker room break with the game tied 23-23.
Cambridge utilized excellent teamwork coming out of the break, after a tight game at the half, and seized the opportunity 31-30 going into the last quarter.
