Green Tech outlasted Ballston Spa 59-58 in one of the Class AA semi-final tilts. Haisi Mayben played expectionally well on the attacking side of the floor for the victors popping in 18 points. Green Tech advances to play CBA in the championship game on Saturday at the Cool Insuring Arena.
The Soaring Eagles held a slight 4-point advantage going into the final frame.
Green Tech stormed out of the locker room and rushed out to an ample first quarter lead 19-9.
The Scotties played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Green Tech by 6 points.
Green Tech were on top at every quarter stoppage by splits of (+) 10, 10, 4, & 1.
