Catholic Central took the victory in a workman like manner vs. Glens Falls 73-59 in the Class B sectional final. Darien Moore and Sei'Mir Roberson combined to score 48 points for the winners. Moore was named as the tournament MVP. Catholic Central now moves on to state regional play.
The Crusaders used an impressive first eight minutes and rushed out to a significant first quarter lead 17-10.
The squads revved up the offenses and combined for a potent offensive display 45 points in the second quarter.
Catholic Central used a determined effort in the third quarter and outscored Glens Falls by 4 points.
The Crusaders asserted their dominance and led at each quarter buzzers by advantages of 7, 8, 12, & 14.
