Northville edged Corinth 47-36. Hailey Monroe lit up the scoreboard for the Falcons and made her impact felt on the game with 24 points. The Falcons relied on their solid second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the closing stoppage.

Northville held a modest 1-point edge heading into the fourth period.
The Falcons concluded the tilt with clutch play as they surpassed the Riverhawks by 10-points at the cruicial moment of the contest.
Corinth had great energy right from the tip off and took hold of the ball game on their way to a hefty first quarter lead 13-4. They denied access to their hoop like a fortress and played with great enthusiasm throughout the frame. Yet, The Falcons recovered in the second quarter and outscored Corinth by 5 points.
The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half intermission with Corinth gaining the upper hand.
