Mohonasen won a thriller versus Averill Park 53-46.  Andrew Batcher spurred on the attack for the Mighty Warriors leading the way with 20 points.

After the final stanza came to a close the teams were still tied the meeting went to overtime where The Mighty Warriors outscored Averill Park 11-4. 

Averill Park held a small 1-point lead heading into the fourth period. 

Sparked by a great team effort in the second half the Mighty Warriors outscored the Warriors 36-24 in the final two quarters and (OT). That was as they flipped the script of the first half when the Warriors scurried out to a 22-17 lead at the midway point.

Mohonasen held a slight 2-point advantage at the commencement of quarter two.

The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half locker room break with Averill Park ahead by a small margin.

The Warriors played sound basketball in the second stanza turning a 2-point first quarter deficit into a 5-point halftime bulge.

The Mighty Warriors played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Averill Park by 4 points.

Andrew Batcher sparked the offense for the Mighty Warriors with 20 points. Jacob Paolino racked up 16 points. Luke Paolino knocked down 9 points.

The Mighty Warriors splashed 6 hoops from deep.
