Despite an offensive outburst by Mackenna Roberson of Hoosick Falls, the Panthers suffered a setback versus Tamarac 52-33. Roberson scored a game high 21 points. Myanna Faraj led the Bengals with 15 points.
The Bengals finished the game with clutch play as they outscored the Panthers 29-15 in the second half.
Tamarac were strong out of the gate and darted in front to gain a significant first quarter lead 11-5.
A winner was still unresolved as the teams went to the first half intermission with Tamarac gaining the upper hand.
Tamarac were in control at each frame closures by margins of 6, 5, 12, & 19.
Myanna Faraj paced the Bengals with 15 points. Alex Catiglione powered in 10 points. Kayla Beaudoin netted 9 points. Allison Lockrow dropped 6 points. Morgan Hayden popped in 6 points.
The Bengals produced 5 trifectas.
