Watervliet tripped up Germantown 59-34 on the hardwood of Section 2 basketball. Daheem Wilson was a serious problem on the offensive end for the Cannoneers stepping up big-time with 27 points.
Watervliet and Germantown were all square after one period of play. The Clippers fell behind by a score of 33-13 at the half.
The Cannoneers played team basketball in the second stanza turning a tied game into a 20-point halftime advantage.
