Despite a great scoring performance by Mia Carmody of Cohoes, the Tigers gave way to Albany Academy 73-25. Carmody scored a game high 23 points. Alex Leonard put forth a strong offensive game for Albany Academy with 17 points.

The Bears bolted from opening whistle and sprinted out to a significant first quarter lead 27-2. They used a lock down mentality protecting their basket and were in the drivers seat throughout the period.

The Tigers lagged behind 46-6 at the half.

The teams put on a defensive clinic in the fourth quarter as they combined for barely 13 points.

Albany Academy asserted their dominance and led at all period closing whistle by plus 25, 40, 51, & 48.

The Bears had five players in double figure scoring. Alex Leonard put forth a strong offensive game for Albany Academy with 17 points. Bella Vincent splashed in 14 points. Eva Gitto collected 12 points. Morgan Vien tallied 11 points. Emily Thornton chipped in 11 points.
The Bears connected on 9 baskets from behind the three point line.
Albany Academy shot outstanding from the foul line as they churned out 66.7%, 8 of 12.

Mia Carmody paced Cohoes with 23 points. Jenna Romani added 8 points. Hannah Woodworth totaled 6 points. Alexa Voland sank 5 points. Ava Tabakian chalked up 4 points.
