Maple Hill cruised past Cairo-Durham 70-43. Nick Novak and Brady Cole combined to score 41 points for the Wildcats.
Both teams scratched and clawed to score the ball in the opening quarter as they combined for barely 18 points. But, The Wildcats had great energy right from the tip off and rushed out to a decent first quarter lead 13-5. They denied access to their hoop like a fortress and grabbed control of the frame.

Cairo-Durham had a trio of players in double figure scoring. Terrell Simmons sparked the offense for the Mustangs with 12 points. Brody H racked up 11 points. Jacob Young collected 10 points.
