Warrensburg seized a down to the wire victory over Cambridge 50-45.

Warrensburg generated a game changing eight-minute rally as they eclipsed the Cambridge 16-8 as the clock struck midnight. That burst enabled them to celebrate the outcome.

Cambridge held a modest 3-point edge going into the final frame.

Warrensburg and Cambridge were all square after one period of play.

The two squads struggled to grab control as the teams went to the first half breather with Warrensburg out in front.

Warrensburg played as a cohesive squad in the second period turning a tied game into a 3-point halftime upper hand.

Cambridge made a charge coming out of the half, in the wake of their first half deficit, which enabled them to commandeer the lead 37-34 bearing down on the final quarter.

Warrensburg had a trio of players in double figure scoring. Eliana York helped the cause for the Burghers with 16 points. Hope Sherman registered 14 points. Zailey Baker added 13 points.
Warrensburg shot with exceptional form at the charity stripe as they achieved 100%, 12 of 12.

Nicole LaFountain led Cambridge with 11 points. Claire Toleman netted 9 points. Ashley Moses tallied 7 points. Samantha Crandall knocked down 7 points. Charonne Berthiaume racked up 6 points.
Cambridge splashed 5 buckets from long range.
