Watervliet cruised past Cairo Durham 73-46. Daheem Wilson led the charge for the winners with 21 points.

Watervliet bolted from opening whistle and played excellent team basketball on their way to a significant first quarter lead 19-8.

The Cannoneers opened up a sizable halftime advantage of 42-20.

Watervliet played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Cairo Durham by 15 points.

Cairo Durham dug in and fought back in the final quarter but the clock wasn't on their side.

Watervliet were in command at each period ending horn by plus 11, 22, 37, & 27.

Daheem Wilson paced Watervliet with 21 points. Matthew Wistuk chipped in 15 points. Nasir Lanier tallied 9 points. Shawn Lockett sank 9 points.

J. Young was an offensive catalyst for the Mustangs with 13 points. A. Roeber secured 9 points. T. Simmons finished with 7 points. R. Clow scored 7 points.
