Averill Park tripped up Columbia 61-36 . Arianna Verardi and Taylor Holohan combined to score 38 points for the group that came out on top. 

Averill Park were assertive second half as they pulled away for the decisive win.

The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half intermission with Columbia ahead by a small margin.

Averill Park made a charge out of the locker room, in the wake of their first half deficit, and snatched the lead 48-32 bearing down on the final quarter.

Averill Park placed four in double figure scoring. Arianna Verardi led the Warriors with 20 points. Taylor Holohan chipped in 18 points. Kayleigh Ahern tallied 11 points. Hannah Stewart popped in 10 points.

Arianna Verardi made 3 three-pointers. Kayleigh Ahern added 3.
The Warriors shot with first-rate accuracy from the free throw line as they churned out 73.3%, 11 of 15.

Alivia Landy was an offensive spark plug for Columbia with 16 points. Kendyl Ouimette racked up 9 points. Lenora Gamello finished with 4 points.
