Even with the scoring exploits from Mackenna Roberson of Hoosick Falls, the Panthers were defeated by Emma Willard 49-42. Roberson scored a game high 22 points. Alison Opaku was an offensive catalyst for Emma Willard with 18 points.

Emma Willard and Hoosick Falls were all square after one period of play.

Emma Willard played sound basketball in the second stanza turning a tied game into a 10-point halftime upper hand.

The Panthers were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Emma Willard by 4 points.

The offenses caught fire in the fourth quarter as they generated a plethora of shot making skills 33 points.

The Panthers produced a rally in the second half but it was too little too late.

Emma Willard had a trio of players in double figure scoring. Alison Opaku was an offensive catalyst for Emma Willard with 18 points. Audrey Shields scored 15 points. Charlotte Lucarelli knocked down 10 points.

Mackenna Roberson guided Hoosick Falls with 22 points. Ava Case added 20 points.
