With the teams tied at the end of regulation play the contest went to overtime where Ballston Spa outscored Guilderland 13-9. 

Both teams scratched and clawed to score the ball in the opening quarter as they combined for barely 16 points. But, The Lady Dutch were strong out of the gate and played excellent team basketball on their way to a significant first quarter lead 11-5. 

The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half breather with Guilderland gaining the upper hand.

The Lady Dutch played with purpose in the third quarter and outscored Ballston Spa by 9 points.

Ballston Spa had three shooting stars in double figure scoring. A Kramer put forth a strong offensive game for the Scotties with 18 points. S Lee chipped in 16 points. C Rhoden bagged 14 points. K Messina notched 8 points.
