Spurned on by a first-class performance in the last half Niskayuna outscored the Brothers 39-23 in the final two periods. That was the inverse of the first half when the Brothers built a 35-29 lead at the midway point.
The Brothers had great energy right from the tip off and darted in front to gain a generous first quarter lead 18-12.
Both teams continued to battle through the third period all square at 48. Niskayuna capitalized on gritty play in the third quarter and outscored CBA by 6 points.
