Mayfield tripped up Canajoharie 66-40 in Western Athletic Conference play. Lindsey Hampton paced the victors with 19 points.
The Panthers poured it on in the second half as they coasted to victory.
Mayfield played as a complete unit in the second quarter turning a 4-point first quarter lead into a 9-point halftime edge.
Mayfield used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Canajoharie by 11 points.
Mayfield managed to be ahead at every quarter buzzer by margins of 4, 9, 20, & 26.
