Germantown escaped with a victory over Loudonville Christian 43-33 in a CHVL hoop tussle. Fans could not have been disappointed as the contest lived up to its pre-game expectation.


Germantown were strong out of the gate and played excellent team basketball on their way to a significant first quarter lead 15-7. They put together an imposing defense and took control of the quarter. Yet, Loudonville Christian rallied in the second quarter and outscored Germantown by 5 points. The two squads struggled to grab a foothold as the teams went to the first half locker room break with Germantown nudging ahead.

Both teams struggled to score the ball coming out of the locker room after the half as they combined for only 9 points.Germantown used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Loudonville Christian by 5 points.

The Clippers were in front at every quarter buzzer by margins of 8, 3, 8, & 10.

Shayla Snow led the Clippers with 13 points. Riley Gibbons secured 12 points. Kaycee Hayes finished with 9 points.
Kaycee Hayes nailed 3 three-pointers.

Genny Swanswon paced the Eagles with 13 points. Victoria Ralston collected 8 points. Larissa Paddock totaled 6 points.
