Hartford beat Warrensburg in an Adirondack League Girls Basketball game on Wednesday to advance to the League Championship game on Saturday, 2/10 at Hudson Falls High School.  Hartford will play Corinth and the game will tip-off at 5 pm.  

Hartford took control in the middle two quarters, outscoring Warrensburg 29-17.  Warrensburg cut a 12 point deficit to 3 with under a minute to play, but couldn't get any closer.  McKenzie Johnson led Hartford with 18 points and Alawanah Dunda contributed with 12.  Warrensburg was led by Elli York's 16 points and Hope Sherman with 14.  Warrensburg will now play Hadley-Luzerne in a consolation game on Friday at 7 pm in Warrensburg.  Hartford improves to 13-5 on the season and Warrensburg drops to 16-3.  

McKenzie Johnson sparked the attack for the Tanagers with 18 points. Alawnah Dunda racked up 12 points. Cailyn Severence poured in 9 points. Reaghan Liebeg totaled 7 points.
Hartford manufactored 5 hoops from deep.

The Tanagers shot with sterling accuracy from the charity stripe as they made 100%, 11 of 11.
Eliana York paced the Burghers with 16 points. Hope Sherman chipped in 14 points. Caitlin O'Donnell tallied 6 points. Zailey Baker popped in 6 points.
