Maple Hill edged Cambridge 60-49 in a Class C battle. Maple Hill relied on their dependable second half play as they led at the end of the third period and at the concluding horn. The top seeded Wildcats advance to play #8 Whitehall on 2/23 at HVCC.

Focused play in the second half helped as the Wildcats outscored the Cambridge 42-24 in the final two periods. They flipped the script of the first half when the Cambridge darted out to a 25-18 lead at the midway point.

Maple Hill held a modest 1-point edge at the start of the second quarter.

Cambridge performed well in the second period turning a 1-point first quarter deficit into a 7-point halftime advantage.
Maple Hill took the game by storm out of the break, in the wake of their first half deficit, and took the lead 42-36 going into the final frame.

Maple Hill placed three in double figure scoring. Brady Cole and Nick Novak showed the way for the Wildcats with 13 points each. Jake Fish totaled 10 points. Austin Prest notched 9 points. Brody Chevrier powered in 8 points.
Maple Hill shot with accuracy from the free throw line as they made 85%, 17 of 20.

Cambridge had a triplet in double figure scoring. Mason MacDougal put forth a strong offensive game with 14 points. Tully Maher racked up 13 points. Travis Yurschik added 12 points.
Cambridge made 6 trey balls.
Mason MacDougal nailed 4 three-pointers.
