Warrensburg out shot Mayfield 61-24 in a Class C opening round game. Steve Schloss sparked the attack for the group that came out on top with 29 points. # 4Warrensburg will take on # 5 Hoosic Valley on 2/23 at HVCC.
The Burghers poured it on in the second half as they fired on all cylinders.
Warrensburg were strong out of the gate and took hold of the ball game on their way to a generous first quarter lead 16-7.
The Burghers were relentless at the break and led 32-13.
Warrensburg asserted their dominance and led at every period closing whistle by advantages of 9, 19, 30, & 37.
