Maple Hill won over Tupper Lake 57-45 in a Class C sub-regional match up. Brady Cole ignited the offense for the Wildcats popping in 22 points. The Wildcats advance to the regional final on Saturday vs. Moriah at 2 p.m at Clinton CC.

Maple Hill held a slim 4-point margin at the start of the fourth quarter but outscored Tupper Lake by eight points to pull away.

Maple Hill and Tupper Lake were all square after one period of play.

The Wildcats performed well in the second frame turning a tied game into a 9-point halftime bulge.

The Lumberjacks used a determined effort in the third quarter and outscored Maple Hill by 5 points.

Maple Hill placed three players in double figure scoring. Brady Cole led Maple Hill with 22 points. Austin Prest scored 13 points. Nick Novak collected 10 points. Dean Chevrier had 8 points.
The Wildcats shot with first-rate accuracy from the free throw line as they showed out at 87.5%, 14 of 16.

Thomas Peterson guided the Lumberjacks with 23 points. Garrett Pelkey collected 12 points.
Tupper Lake produced 5 trey balls.
Thomas Peterson made 3 three-pointers.
