Tamarac rode the coattails of their tenacious second half play as they led at the end of the third period and at the closing tick of the clock.

Tamarac and Hoosick Falls were all square after one period of play.

The two squads struggled to grab a foothold as the teams went to the first half locker room break with Tamarac nudging ahead.  The Bengals played well in the second frame turning a tied game into a 5-point halftime bulge.

However, Tamarac took advantage of a strong third quarter and took a 32-19 lead into the fourth quarter. Tamarac used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Hoosick Falls by 8 points.

S. Faraj paced Tamarac with 24 points. E. Erickson racked up 14 points. K. Machnick collected 5 points.
