Lansingburgh squeaked by Bishop Maginn 69-59 in an intense (518) hoop match up. Isaiah Knight paced the Knights with 18 points. Lansingburgh built on their tenacious second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the final horn.


Lansingburgh and Bishop Maginn were all square after one period of play.

The Knights played sound basketball in the second quarter turning a tied game into a 10-point halftime lead.

Bishop Maginn turned up the heat in the second half but they succumbed to defeat.

Lansingburgh had a quartet of players players in double figure scoring. Isaiah Knight led Lansingburgh with 18 points. Vinny Tario scored 17 points. K.J. Allison poured in 13 points. Paul Gerido totaled 11 points.
The Knights shot with skillful form at the charity stripe as they made 88.2%, 15 of 17.

Ja Nyye Smith paced Bishop Maginn with 23 points. Massiah Galloway poured in 14 points. Jayden Williams scored 9 points.
