The Bears were defeated versus Hoosick Falls by 19 points 59-40, in a non-league hoop match-up. Logan Thayne led the Panthers with 36 points. Hoosick Falls relied on their tenacious second half play as they led at the end of the third frame and at the final horn.
The Panthers poured it on in the second half as they coasted to victory. They outscored Albany Academy 32-13 in the final two quarters.
The Panthers finished the game with clutch play as they outscored the Bears by 9-points at the critical stage of the game.
The offenses really got it rolling in the quarter as they combined for a robust 41 points. Albany Academy held a slight 1-point advantage at the start of the second quarter.
