Northville prevailed over Middleburgh 68-49 in the Woodward Tournament Championship Game. Jason Ellsworth paced the winners with 24 points and took home tournament MVP honors. The Falcons rode the coattails of their consistent second half play as they led at the end of the the first twenty-four minutes of action and at the last horn.
Northville ended the game with authority as they outscored the Knights by 6-points at the pivotal point in the game.
Middleburgh and Northville were all square after one period of play.
The Falcons played as a complete unit in the second quarter turning a tied game into a 8-point halftime edge.
