Even with the scoring exploits from Molly Brophy of Greenwich, the Witches took the loss against Cambridge 64-51. Brophy scored a game high 24 points. Fiona Mooney paced the Indians with 18 points.
Cambridge held a modest 2-point edge going into the second frame. The Indians raced ahead after two quarters 39-25.
They played well in the second period turning a 2-point first quarter lead into a 14-point halftime lead.
Cambridge used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Greenwich by 5 points.
