Lansingburgh lost against the Mighty Warriors by 9 points 53-44. Mohonasen built on their solid second half play as they led at the end of the third frame and at the closing tick of the clock.
The Mighty Warriors held a small 1-point lead at the start of the fourth quarter.
Mohonasen finished the game with clutch play as they outscored Lansingburgh by 8-points at the critical stage of the game.
The Mighty Warriors seemed ready to go right from the jump and sprinted out to a decent first quarter lead 13-7. They put together an extraordinary defensive effort and took control of the quarter. Yet, Lansingburgh rallied in the second quarter and outscored Mohonasen by 8 points.
The contest was a toss up as the teams went to the first half locker room break with Lansingburgh nosing in front.
The Knights played sound basketball in the second frame turning a 6-point first quarter deficit into a 2-point halftime bulge.
