Hudson lost against Ichabod Crane by 8 points 37-29, in a Class B sectional match up. The Riders built on their steady second half play as they led at the end of the third quarter and at the game ending horn.
Ichabod Crane held a slight 2-point advantage heading into the fourth quarter. This no holds barred match up felt like a clash of the titans through the third quarter.

The Riders finished the game with authority as they outscored the Bluehawks by 6-points at the pivotal moment of truth.
Sparked by a great team effort in the second half Ichabod Crane outscored the Bluehawks 20-7 in the final two periods. That was contradictory to the first half when the Bluehawks put together 22-17 lead at the midway point.

The outcome was still in limbo as the teams went to the first half intermission with Hudson nosing in front. The Bluehawks played sound basketball in the second period turning a 2-point first quarter deficit into a 5-point halftime edge.
The Riders put forth a team first approach that provided a spark out of the break, after they trailed at the half, which helped them capture the lead 28-26 going into the last quarter.
Ashley Ames and Abigail Dolge paced Ichabod Crane with 9 points each. Madison Graham finished with 7 points. Delaney More had 6 points. Malati Culver with 6 points.
Daja Beaufort led the Bluehawks with 15 points. Katie Jepsen contributed 5 points.
