The teams needed more time to achieve their desired result as the contest went to overtime where Mechanicville went past Schuylerville 13-0. That burst enabled them to celebrate the outcome. The Red Raiders were dominant in the extra session and collected the victory.

Mechanicville generated a game changing eight-minute comeback as they out-shot Schuylerville 23-9 to give the fans some free basketball.

Both teams scratched and clawed to score the ball in the opening quarter as they combined for only 20 points. But, The Black Horses used an impressive first eight minutes and started the game in style racing to a decent first quarter lead 13-7. They clamped down on their opponnent with a magnificent defensive effort and took control of the quarter.

The end result was still uncertain as the teams went to the first half break with Schuylerville nudging ahead.

The Black Horses were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Mechanicville by 10 points.

Mechanicville had a triplet in double figure scoring. Anthony Attala paced the Red Raiders with 14 points. Luci D Ambro secured 13 points. Devin Garland poured in 13 points. Josh Germain dropped 8 points. Jake Bessette sank 8 points.

The Black Horses had a foursome in double figure scoring. Owen Sherman led Schuylerville with 18 points. Cayden Rutland collected 14 points. Alex Vallee dropped 12 points. Jacob Vanderhoof sank 11 points.
