Greenville tipped Rensselaer 54-39 in a top notch (518) hoop run-in.
Greenville concluded the tilt in great form as they outscored the Rams by 7-points at the critical stage of the game.
The Spartans played crisp right from the jump and darted in front to gain a decent first quarter lead 16-8.
Greenville were in control at every period ending horn by margins of 8, 8, 8, & 15.
The Spartans placed three players in double figure scoring. Damien Fiducia paced Greenville with 16 points. Joe Nicosia powered in 14 points. Ben Lewis finished with 10 points. Jackson Makely tallied 9 points.
The Spartans shot with first-rate accuracy from the free throw line as they made 72.7%, 8 of 11.
