Heatly fell to Doane Stuart by 17 points, 52-35, in an energetic (518) hoop match up. Danny Bologna led the Thunder Chicken with 23 points.
Doane Stuart were strong out of the gate and sprinted out to a nice first quarter lead 18-5. They clamped down on their opponent with a magnificent defensive effort and grabbed control of the frame.
The Thunder Chicken were benefitted by a robust performance in the third quarter and outscored Heatly by 6 points.
