Hoosick Falls beat up Berlin 67-20 in (518) hoop action.
Hoosick Falls poured it on in the second half as they looked superb in the win.
The Panthers used an impressive first eight minutes and played excellent team basketball on their way to a significant first quarter lead 20-7. They put together an extraordinary defensive effort and took control of the quarter.
Hoosick Falls raced ahead after two quarters 36-9.
The Panthers played sound basketball in the second frame turning a 13-point first quarter lead into a 27-point halftime edge.
The Panthers used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Berlin by 16 points.
The Panthers managed to be ahead at every period ending horn by margins of 13, 27, 43, & 47.
L. Thayne paced the Panthers with 15 points. L. Hickey contributed 13 points. M. Walker tallied 8 points.
