In spite of an excellent game by Peyton Graber of Schalmont, the Sabres were defeated by Mohonasen 50-47. Graber scored a game high 19 points. Shiya Hunter led the Mighty Warriors with 11 points.
Mohonasen held a small 1-point lead at the start of the second quarter.
The contest was a toss up as the teams went to the first half stoppage with Mohonasen out in front.
The Mighty Warriors used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Schalmont by 6 points.
Mohonasen were in control at every quarter buzzer by margins of 1, 1, 7, & 3.
