Albany Academy notched a victory over Cobleskill 55-38 in a hard fought Section 2 hoop tilt . Bella Vincent was a serious problem on the offensive end for the winners stepping up big-time with 25 points.

The two squads struggled to grab a foothold as the teams went to the first half stoppage with Albany Academy gaining the upper hand.
The Bears used a tough hard-nosed effort in the third quarter and outscored Cobleskill by 20 points.

The teams put on a defensive clinic in the fourth quarter as they combined for merely 14 points. Cobleskill cut into the lead in the final quarter but time was clearly a factor.
