Albany Academy beat Ravena 76-29 in Section 2 basketball play. A. Leonard and B. Vincent combined to score 40 points for the Bears.
Albany Academy were dominant in the second half as they coasted to victory.
The Bears used an impressive first eight minutes and started the game in style racing to a nice first quarter lead 13-6. They used a lock down mentality protecting their basket and grabbed control of the frame.

Albany Academy were dominant in the second half as they coasted to victory.

The Indians had some work to do after being down 36-16 at the half. The Bears played sound basketball in the second quarter turning a 7-point first quarter lead into a 20-point halftime edge.
Albany Academy maximized their play in the third quarter and outscored Ravena by 27 points.
The Bears were on top at every quarter buzzer by margins of 7, 20, 47, & 47.
The Bears placed four players in double figure scoring. A. Leonard led Albany Academy with 22 points. B. Vincent contributed 18 points. S. Mantzouris totaled 11 points. M. Ottati accumulated 10 points.
